Potable Water Diving Services 
By trusting the United Diving & Marine divers to do wet inspections, your facilities can maintain smooth-running operations with no downtime. We can also help you become free from risks of compromising firefighting systems or storage tank structural integrity due to flexing from emptying and refilling. Here are some of the other reasons why you should hire us:

  • We comply with all American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards for potable water storage facilities.

  • We use vulcanized rubber dry suits and surface-supplied hardhat diving helmets.

  • At no time does the diver come in contact with the potable water.

  • We have dedicated diving equipment for potable water tank inspections use.

  • All equipment is cleaned with a solution of 200-ppm chlorine prior to entering any tank or tower.

  • We remove sediments and minimize turbidity by using a vacuum system.

  • All types of cleaning and repairs can be made while the tank is in operation.

  • By using divers, the facility will not have to drain towers or tanks. This will save water, time, and money.

Pipeline Video Inspection

This specialty service is intended for sewer lines, storm drains, steam lines, intakes, discharges, conduits, and wells. We can inspect pipes and pipelines from 2” diameter to unlimited. All video inspections are recorded onto a DVD, with audio of the inspection and onscreen text showing the problem areas. A footage marker is displayed on the screen showing you exactly how far in the pipe the camera is.

How the Video Inspection Process Works

We have the ability to track the camera from above ground, which will show the customer exactly where the problem area is. Along with showing you where the camera is on top of the ground, the tracker will also show you the depth of the camera in the ground. If the pipe is dirty, we can clean it in a number of different ways. Many sewer and drain lines have debris in them, and the only way to get a good inspection is to clean them prior to inspecting again. If the pipe is damaged, we can replace it completely.
